✶ Shipping/orders ✶

✶ When will my order ship?

I ship orders out 2-7 days after you place your order. If you have questions about your order or need it there faster, send me an email! Be sure to include your full name and order number in the email. hello@addiebeststudio.com

✶ How long does shipping take?

I ship all print orders with USPS first class, so if you are in the states they normally arrive within 7 or so days after I drop them off at the post office. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Email me if you have concerns about your order! (be sure to include your full name and order number).

✶ my patch/sticker order hasn’t arrived yet!

If you are within the US please give your patches and stickers 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you are international, please allow 5-8 weeks for your order to arrive, sometimes it takes even longer. All patch and sticker orders with a total order value of less than $70 get shipped in an envelope with a stamp or two unless you upgrade to First Class Shipping at checkout. It is important to me that I have products that have low shipping costs, but that does mean they can take longer. Please be patient, and if your order doesn't show up after the allotted time, please shoot me an email with your order number and full name.

✶ Are your shipping materials recyclable?

Yes! My rigid mailers, envelopes, and mailing tubes are, as well as the tube end caps. However, I encourage folks to first reuse the mailers—they’ve got a lot of life left in them after one trip through the mail! ✶ Can the patches be washed?

✶ When will there be new patches? Will _____ design be reprinted?

There is a new collection of patches almost every month. I try to reprint ones that sell out first for the next collection, patches almost always come back at least three times!!

✶ What ink do you use for printing patches?

I print all my patches with Cranfield Colors Caligo Safe Wash Ink. I prefer it over speedball and other fabric specific inks I have tried but you should do your own research and experimentation! For more information about my tools and materials I have a full list on my Patreon.

✶ What tools do you use for carving?

I use mostly Flexcut micro palm tools! They’re really excellent, easy to use, and, best of all, easy to sharpen.

✶ Where are you located? Do you have a studio I can visit?

I’m currently located near Belfast, Maine! I am not currently set up to have open studio times but perhaps someday.

No, I’m sorry. Commissions are too time-intensive and complicated for me right now.
